1. Setup:
a. Carefully unpack the compressed air pump and inspect for any damage during transportation.
b. Place the pump on a stable and flat surface near the pressure ulcer mattress.

d. Attach the air hose to the pump outlet and connect the other end to the mattress's air input valve securely.
2. Operation:
a. Ensure that the pump is turned off before connecting it to the mattress.
b. Open the air input valve on the mattress.
c. Turn on the pump by pressing the power button. The pump will start inflating the mattress with compressed air.
d. Adjust the pressure settings according to the recommended level for the patient's comfort and medical needs.
e. Monitor the inflation process and ensure that the mattress is evenly inflated and free from any wrinkles or folds.
f. Once the desired pressure is reached, close the air input valve on the mattress.
g. The pump will automatically maintain the set pressure level, continuously adjusting the airflow to prevent pressure ulcers.
3. Maintenance:
